RAW General Manager, Adam Pearce has announced that Drew McIntyre has been suspended.

McIntyre delivered a vicious elbow to Pearce during the post Money in the Bank show.

Pearce also confirmed both McIntyre and CM Punk have been fined.

McIntyre’s suspension is indefinite according to Pearce, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out heading into SummerSlam next month.

Of course, this is a kayfabe suspension, but is it possible that WWE are covering for Punk not being medically cleared in-time for SummerSlam?

Hopefully, we will have some more answers on RAW this evening.
