What is WWE's WrestleMania Schedule?

The WWE has announced the schedule for WrestleMania 40, including a new experience for fans attending the 2024 show. As recently reported, there was talk of the WWE considering a change to the day NXT Stand and Deliver airs. However, that isn't the case; at least for 2024. Let's look at the WWE's announcement for all the festivities surrounding the upcoming "Showcase of the Immortals."

Here's an excerpt from the WWE's press release:

STAMFORD, Conn., November 8, 2023 – WWE®, part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), today announced its initial schedule of major events planned for WrestleMania Week in Philadelphia, including three events at the Wells Fargo Center:
Friday, April 5: Friday Night SmackDown/2024 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
Saturday, April 6: NXT Stand & Deliver
Monday, April 8: Monday Night Raw

As WrestleLamia discussed in an article on the WWE potentially moving NXT: Stand and Deliver, holding more events in one municipality over multiple days creates potential economic incentives (or as they say in business school, gives you a chance to make some serious dough).

What is the WWE's New Event?

The WWE also announced a new event for fans coming to Philadelphia:

In celebration of WrestleMania 40, WWE in partnership with Fanatics Events will also stage a first-of-its-kind, multi-day WWE fan and collector event in the heart of Philadelphia.

Fans who have attended past WrestleMania shows know that the WWE often has activities outside of 'Mania such as autograph sessions and other meet-and-greet opportunities. This new event could be an expansion on existing events. It also sounds like it may be a convention similar to comic book conventions, but with the WWE co-promoting it.

What do you think the WWE's fan-and-collector event will be?
