Is TNA Joining TKO-Holdings?
TNA Wrestling partners with Endeavor Streaming, which will likely have some wondering whether this might be the beginning of a bigger collaboration. TNA released a statement that they are working with Endeavor Streaming to release a new wrestling streaming service called TNA+. Here's an excerpt from the statement:
NEW YORK, NY – DECEMBER 8, 2023 – TNA Wrestling (formerly IMPACT Wrestling)—a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment and a division of Anthem Sports Group—has partnered with Endeavor Streaming to deliver its global, on-demand streaming service, TNA+, to its passionate fans, launching Friday, January 5.
As part of a multi-year deal, Endeavor Streaming will power the new TNA+ app to deliver an enhanced user experience to all fans across the top streaming platforms, as well as mobile and connected devices.
This partnership combines TNA’s expertise as a top professional wrestling promoter with Endeavor Streaming’s unparalleled knowledge in delivering innovative direct-to-consumer offerings, marketing tools, analytics, and predictive modeling. TNA+ will leverage Endeavor’s experience working with the world’s biggest sports organizations to scale TNA+’s business operations and further grow its fan base and digital revenues.

This new streaming service is part of IMPACT Wrestling returning to its TNA Wrestling name. The promotion announced earlier this year that it was adopting its original name. IMPACT Wrestling had its own streaming service but this one is somewhat different. Let's look at the differences as reported by Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online's Joseph Currier. The new TNA+ is priced as follows:
There will be two price tiers for the service. The "Special Attraction" tier is priced at $9.99 per month or $95.99 per year and includes access to the full TNA/Impact Wrestling library and every TNA+ special event. The "World Championship" tier is priced at $219.99 per year and includes those benefits as well as TNA's four major annual pay-per-views.
IMPACTÂ Wrestling's streaming service was priced as follows:
Impact Plus was previously priced at $7.99 per month or $71.99 per year. There was only one tier available that didn't include PPVs.

Endeavor Streaming is part of Endeavor, the same company that owns the WWE and the UFC through TKO-Holdings. Does this mean that TNA Wrestling is working with Endeavor merely to have a reliable streaming partner or is this the start of a bigger relationship? At this point, any talk of a partnership is pure speculation, but it is an interesting subject to mull over.
IMPACT Wrestling has a history of working with other promotions. In 2021, IMPACT shared talent with All Elite Wrestling. AEW star Kenny Omega defeated Rich Swann for the IMPACT World Championship before dropping it to AEW's Christian Cage. This was followed by another IMPACT collaboration, this time with the WWE.
Is there any chance of the WWE and TNA crossing over? While this seems unlikely, the WWE and TNA Wrestling reached an agreement for then Knockouts Champion Mickie James to work the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble. Not only did Mickie appear as her "Hardcore Country" character but she entered with the Knockouts Championship. In 2022, James recalled how things worked out:
"Obviously it took some negotiating and some conversation, but it wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be. When Johnny (Laurinaitis) called Scott D'Amore first (because company to company) he wanted to make sure that it was going to be something internally that IMPACT would want to be a part of," said James. "I don't think the initial reach out was for Mickie James, hardcore country IMPACT Knockouts Champion. It was for Mickie James (the WWE legend)."

At this point there's no evidence of any working relationship between TNA and the WWE. However, TNA's partnership with Endeavor Streaming means further collaboration. What do you think? Is this new streaming deal a sign of a future collaboration or just a case of Endeavor Streaming being the right choice for TNA's upcoming streaming service?
