Whilst it is understandable that fans are passionate about WWE, sending death threats to wrestlers is way too far.

The Rock’s daughter, AVA took to Twitter/X last night to reveal that ‘fans’ had been sending her death threats due to The Rock’s involvement in WrestleMania 40:

“death threats over a situation i have nothing to do with … bffr”

This is not okay, and hopefully the individuals involved are held responsible.

As things stand, Reigns vs. The Rock is still on for WrestleMania 40, as PWInsider reports:

“As PWInsiderElite.com reported earlier tonight, multiple sources have noted that The Rock is 100% performing in the ring at Wrestlemania 40.  That is a done deal and as we noted on Saturday, likely something that was contractually locked in as one of the milestones Rock would be involved in as part of his TKO Board of Directors deal.  We were told there is "no scenario" where Rock is not wrestling Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 40, unless something unforeseen happens, like an injury.”
