Is Seth Cleared to Compete or Will He Miss WrestleMania?

Seth Rollins reveals his wrestling future on RAW, addressing the speculation whether he is injured and if so, whether he'll be able to compete at WrestleMania 40. By now, you've likely heard that Seth reportedly suffered an injury during his match on the 15 January RAW against Jinder Mahal. However, not much was known and as expected, rumors began flying. Fans heard everything from Seth was banged up, but okay, while other rumors stated he could miss WrestleMania.

The fans chanted "Thank You Seth before Seth even spoke. Rollins addressed the fans during RAW's opening, recalling how he landed wrong performing a moonsault against Jinder Mahal. Rollins admitted being anxious as he waited for the results of his MRI.

Fans finally heard the bad news. Seth has a grade two tear in his MCL and a partial tear in his meniscus. Rollins told the fans the doctors told him he needs surgery and he'll likely be out for three to four months. As far as Rollins is concerned, he'd keep competing, but he doesn't have the final say. Rollins' future didn't sound bright. Then, his immediate future seemed downright grim as Imperium arrived on the scene.

Gunther Enters the Ring

Intercontinental Champion Gunther interrupted Seth Rollins, telling him the two men have been avoiding each other. "The Ring General" told Seth he wanted to tell him what he thinks of Rollins. Initially, Rollins felt Gunther and Imperium were there to attack him. However, that wasn't the case. Gunther said he respects Rollins for being a fighting champion, and it makes him sad that Rollins might not make it to WrestleMania.

Rollins told Gunther he shouldn't have interrupted him because he doesn't care what anyone says, because he's heading into WrestleMania as World Heavyweight Champion. It doesn't matter how much he has to rehab, he's keeping his promise.

Gunther praised Seth, telling Rollins as "one great champion to another," he's going to win The Royal Rumble and challenge Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. Gunther promised to target Seth's knee and his back, and anything that's not 100% until he becomes World Heavyweight Champion.

What do you think of Seth's promo? What about Gunther challenging Seth to a title match?
