It looks like the Royal Rumble could potentially be coming to Saudi Arabia.

During an appearance on the MMA Hour, Saudi GEA chairman Turki Alalshikh revealed that the 2026 or 2027 WWE Royal Rumble PLE may be held in the country.

If this goes ahead, it will mark the first time in WWE history that the Royal Rumble has taken place outside of North America.

WWE did host the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi back in 2018, yet that particular Rumble isn’t considered canon, and had no WrestleMania stakes attached.

WWE are set to return to the country next weekend, as the country will host SmackDown, as well as King and Queen of the Ring (PLE).
