Ricochet is reported to have a concussion and is currently in concussion protocol.

It happened during the fatal 4-way match that included Ricochet, The Miz, Ivar, and Bronson Reed.

It seems he suffered the head injury after a botched finish on Raw. Dave Meltzertalked more about on the Wrestling Observer Radio.

“It’s concussion protocol. As far as I know, it was not diagnosed as a concussion, and he’s fine, but....he doesn’t remember a lot of the match.”
