Former NXT Champion, Bo Dallas returned to WWE last year to portray the Uncle Howdy character.

In terms of Dallas returning to WWE TV, it’s not looking positive.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dallas could be done, and Dallas was only brought back as a “favor” to Bray Wyatt:

“I think he’s done. The only reason he was even being used was as a favor to Bray Wyatt. It’s possible they’ll use him, but I don’t expect him to be back.”

Dallas has a ton to offer WWE, and he doesn’t necessarily have to portray the Uncle Howdy character on WWE programming.
