The ratings for both NXT and AEW on Tuesday night has been the main discourse on social media over the past few days, and last night, the ratings for both shows were finally revealed.

NXT attracted 921,000 fans, whilst AEW Dynamite attracted 609,000 fans.

NXT had without a doubt their biggest line-up ever, as names such as John Cena, The Undertaker, and Cody Rhodes were all featured on the show. AEW kept to their traditional formula, and despite them losing the one-off war, the show was well received, and they are consistently delivering an enjoyable product.

It’s unclear if the two brands will go head-to-head again in the future, but it certainly makes for an exciting time in pro wrestling when both WWE and AEW compete against each other for brand supremacy.
