Not one, but two events unfolded during the match.
In a solid episode of NXT, some unfortunate botches occurred in a match between Dijak and Eddie Thorpe.
The 1st botch occurred when the two men brawled before the bell rang, with Eddie Thorpe sending Dijak in the steel steps. Dijak went head-first against the edge of the step, causing him to bleed during the match.
After the bell was rung, Dijak rammed Eddie into the turnbuckle twice, with the second impact dislodging the turnbuckle from the ring post.
The match ended in a DQ, with Dijak hitting Eddie with the broken turnbuckle. There is no further details on what went wrong or if this was actually a planned spot.
