He's officially hanging up the boots.

Former WWE superstar Doug Basham officially retired after participating in the Great Lakes Wrestling Blizzard Brawl. Doug Basham has a career spanning over 30 years, starting in Kentucky.

He’s wrestled for WWE, OVW, and TNA. His most notable moment is winning the Tag Team Titles in WWE as part of the Basham Brothers on 2 occasions.

He was released from WWE in 2007, worked for TNA, and did a short stint in OVW before retiring in 2009. He came out of retirement in 2022 to team up with Al Snow at OVW’s The Big One.

He’s currently a coach and producer for OVW.
