Former AEW star, Ethan Page has officially signed with WWE.

The talented star made his WWE debut last night on NXT, attacking NXT Champion, Trick Williams. This initial strong presentation heavily implies that Page is going to be one of the major players on the popular brand.

PWInsider has offered some insight into Page’s signing:

“PWInsider.com has confirmed Page has signed with WWE.  We are told that Page was at the WWE Performance Center last week "under the cover of extreme darkness" and signed at some point over the last few days.”

Whilst it did at one stage look like Page was going to be a key figure for AEW, he was gradually reduced to a minor role within the company.

Page’s signing is an exciting signing for WWE, and it was made even better thanks to nobody knowing about it in advance.
