Rumored Behavior Clause
Does the WWE have a contract clause in place to prevent any CM Punk meltdowns? While Punk's return is apparently going smoothly with WWE personnel a new report from Fightful Select suggests the WWE may have a clause built into Punk's contract to deal with any meltdowns.
Those that we heard from said he was on his best behavior as anticipated, and with good reason – some in WWE were told by higher ups that there is a behavior clause associated with his contract, which we’ve yet to confirm.

While this hasn't been confirmed, WrestleLamia recently raised the question whether the WWE might have a stipulation in Punk's deal that addresses any potential problems with Punk. So far, this is speculation. It's also unknown what action the WWE could take if such a clause exists and Punk violates it.
One potential contract stipulation could be what is known as a morals clause. Morals clauses have been around for at least a century and have been used in the sports, business, and entertainment industry. What exactly are they though?
A morals clause generally grants employers the exclusive right to end a contract in the event an employee engages in behavior that may be harmful to the employer’s image.  Morals clauses are commonly found in employment agreements between companies and high-level executives, or throughout the entertainment industry in many different contexts

Given Punk's record at AEW, who could blame the WWE if they inserted such a clause into his contract? What do you think? Would it surprise you if the WWE inserted such a clause into Punk's contract?
