Reigning NXT Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton would name drop several former NXT Women’s Champions on NXT last night including Asuka and Charlotte Flair, but interestingly, Stratton would mention Becky Lynch, who never actually held the gold.
Lynch took to Twitter to respond to Stratton’s promo, and Lynch implied that she could be coming for the NXT Women’s Title:
“I haven’t been NXT Women’s Champion…yet. #NXTHeatwave”.
