Fans on social media are still firmly expected CM Punk to show up at Survivor Series this Saturday.

However, a new report from Fightful Select has indicated that Punk isn’t planned for the show, and WWE’s stance on Punk returning hasn’t changed.

Fightful Select notes that the purpose of Randy Orton’s reveal on RAW, was done intentionally to not make fans believe Punk would return in the WarGames match.

Whilst it looks like Punk won’t be at Survivor Series this weekend, fans won’t be losing hope, and of course, if WWE change their minds, WWE could easily bring Punk back into the mix closer to WrestleMania season next year.
