Akam and Rezar Take Out Popular Faction
AOP return at New Year's Revolution, making quite the impact during their WWE return. Rumors about Akam and Rezar signing with the WWE have been around since last year but things heated up today when PWInsider reported that AOP and their manager Paul Ellering were spotted in Vancouver.
The Street Profits and Bobby Lashley were in the ring when Karrion Kross and Scarlett appeared near the TItantron. The deadly duo weren't alone however as legendary wrestling manager (and former wrestler) Paul Ellering was at their side. The Profits and Lashley dared them to step into the ring but it was a set-up as Akam and Reza jumped into the ring from behind, laying them out. Karrion Kross joined AOP in the ring, working over "The All Mighty."
It looks like fans have an instant feud as Kross and AOP have targeted The Street Profits and Bobby Lashley. This could be an exciting program for all six Superstars as fans have been cheering Montez Ford, Angelo Dawkins, and Bobby Lashley, despite the WWE's efforts to push them as heels. Hopefully, AOP can help Karrion Kross get back on track and he won't drag them down to the mid-card mire he's stuck in.
What do you think about this development? Do you think this will be a good feud?
